Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging for verification.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. The incorrect item must be unused and in its original condition.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched.
